Experienced President with a demonstrated history of working in the metals industry for the last 40 years. Skilled in Negotiation, Executive Management, Sales, Strategic Sourcing, and Distribution Chain Management . Strong business development professional attended Stephen F. Austin State University and upon graduation started career in Sales in 1980. Has been involved in acquisitions, buyouts and greenfield operations in the supply chain management field and feels Nova Alloys has allowed him to focus on supplying the service , product variations, and the desire for strong customer relationships.

Juan started in 1990 as CFO of Mexinox and has been an active executive since then in the Stainless Steel business in Mexico, South America and the USA. Knowledgeable of the diverse uses of the alloys since 1997 led the growth and consolidation of a mayor distributor of Stainless Steel and a steel manufacturing group in the automotive industry for which served as CEO until 2017. Currently acts as CEO of Nova Alloys, Inc. with the aim to support the growth of the company always seeking the best service to its clients.

Javier has been involved in the automotive industry and also in large manufacturing subcontracting enterprises with base in Indiana, USA. His ample experience has contributed greatly in the consolidation of Nova Alloys Inc acting as Chairman.

Ava Wayne is a Veteran of the U.S. Army and after serving 5 years went on to pursue a career in Finance. As a graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington, she brings with her 26 years of experience in accounting across multiple industries from the railroad industry, manufacturing and retail. Ava spent 12 years as a consultant with Robert Half International before coming to Nova Alloys.

Production supervisor for the last 20 years in the metals industry before joining Nova Alloys two years ago. Has taken the challenge of service and quality of product to heart and is enjoying servicing our customer base from the operations management side. Has proven his ability to adapt to the fast pace of distribution and welcomes the challenges he faces every day to better serve our customers.

I started in the metal industry straight out of Texas Tech University in 2014 with F.S. Alloys/ Nova Alloys. The industry has allowed me to see and understand finished products with customers, and to realize the end result to the consumer. My goal is to strive for great quality and service to our customer base, and take great pride trying to make sure that happens. I have been in both the operation and the sales side of the industry, so I understand the importance of both. I feel we go over and above trying to exceed our customers expectations.. Has extensive experience for the last 40 years in the metals industry. She started in office management for 13 years and then the last 27 years has been involved strictly in sales. Her knowledge of various alloys, shapes, and flat rolled products have led her to become a top sales producer for Nova Alloys as her desire to service the customer has always been her top priority.

Graduated from glen rose high school and continued my education by receiving a bachelors degree of business administration from tarleton state university. My first encounter with the metals business was in the machine shop business wich lasted about four years. For the next twenty years i have worked in the stainless and aluminum business as an outside salesman! I feel very fortunate to be apart of nova alloys, a well established stainless and aluminum distributor.

Been with Nova Alloys, LLC since April 2021. Started in Receiving/Inventory, then moved to AR/Billing/Collections in September 2021. Recently moved to the Sales Team on October 17, 2022. Have background in sales, accounting, customer service, various warehouse job positions, and in logistic/deliveries. Received Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Texas A&M – Texarkana. I believe in building customer relations as it is a key factor in growing any business. Eager to learn and improve in our field to better serve our customers, and help continue the growth of Nova Alloys to new heights in the industry.

Graduated from Poteet High School in 2002. Went on to get my Associates Degree from Eastfield College in 2004 and then onto Texas A&M Commerce where I studied Construction Science. 15 years’ experience in the metals industry. I started out my professional career as a Processing Specialist/CAD Specialist. From there I move into a Regional Managers role and then into Outside sales (Top salesman Dallas/ Fort Worth). Strong background in processing and Fabrication. Joined Nova Alloys March 2022. I am happy to work for a company that has such a wealth of knowledge.
